As CEO of Orion Digital Innovations and Creations Inc. Debbie is passionate about applying her expertise to build opportunities with organizations and individuals seeking to expand their network and net worth in the metaverse. As a Jamaican born immigrant to Canada, Debbie is particularly focused on community building and creating equity in the Digital Content Creation industry for marginalized folks in the BIPOC communities. 

Debbie is a Digital Content Creator, Project Manager, Entrepreneur, and Arts Educator. She is also the Founder of Deer Productions (DDP) which is a multimedia company specializing in video, theatre and graphic design. DDP has worked with organizations such as Luminato Festival (Visual Lead), Black Future Month (Program Lead), Toronto District School Board, Canada Arts Council and many others involving graphic artist production, video production, theatre production, peer assessment, augmented reality and virtual reality design. She studied Psychology (B.A.) at the University of the West Indies Jamaica and Radio and TV Production at Ryerson University (B.A). Through her creative, entrepreneurial and educational work, Debbie gained an Educational Partnership with the Toronto District School Board in 2020. She was also an artist in residence for the Power Plant Gallery in 2019. 

Isaac Rayment hails from a diverse background of creative and technical pursuits, alwaysmaintaining an exploratory position at the forefront of new mediums of expression andcommunication.Beginning his career in film he set up Hybrid Productions, which producedseveral award winning music videos both domestically and abroad. He moved to Montrealwhere he set up Four Eleven Digital and worked with such celebrated institutions and brandsas Cirque de Soleil, Nike, Budweiser and Ubisoft. These projects led to traveling globallyspending months abroad in Spain and China creating interactive projection mappinginstallations. 

Paige has partnered with Debbie Deer at her parent company Debbie Deer Productions since 2021. Paige’s primary role at Orion Digital inc. involves managing the efficient work flow of productions. Paiges expertise includes team management, video editing, VFX and  production assistance. 

As a trained Visual Artist, Paige has had an eye for design and has always admired art history. As for maintaining space around expression and innovation, Paige does not take facilitating lightly. She spent over 5 years maintaining an art studio for kids and her extensive experiences as a tradeswoman in farming, landscaping and construction has kept her sharp and fit. She is always taking on new skills to become a key component in to this team and is dedicated to growing Orion Digital Inc. exponentially. 

With over 25 years experience in the electronic music community, Ableton Certified Trainer, Jason “DJ Shine” Spanu has left his mark all over the world. Whether performing live with his own show or being the Ableton Playback programmer for countless A-level pop/artist/performers, Jason pushes the technical and creative boundaries often incorporating the latest emerging tech. Names such as Nelly Furtado, Drake, The Weeknd, Lights, Metric, Broken Bells, Passion Pit, Frank Ocean, Childish Gambino and Marianna’s Trench have trusted “Shine” with their tours. 

In 2021, Jason worked with Debbie Deer as the Director of Virtual Production for the mixed reality film ‘Nefertiti: The Beautiful One Has Come’. As CTO of ODIC, Jason will be guiding all technical operations, development and productions. Jason currently teaches music production and programming at a variety of institutions. Highlights over the years include lecturing at Harvard’s educational college, being a faculty member of London Ontario’s Oiart college, and currently teaching Ableton Live at Toronto’s Harris Institute.  

Jason is currently the head virtual reality (Unreal Engine) developer for Orion Digital Inc’s Found in Stories prototype funded by the Werod Ghost inc. and Gamma Space initiative.
